Hi! I’m Korey McCaskill, a Mass Communications major at Claflin University with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and visual media. I enjoy using different forms of communication, from photography and digital content creation to writing and video production, to share meaningful stories that connect people and communities. Through experiences like writing for The Panther, interning at the W.E.B. Du Bois Data Lab, and engaging in various campus leadership roles, I’ve strengthened my communication, leadership, and professional skills while learning how media can shape perspectives and create impact.

 

My goal is to continue growing as a communicator and creator who uses media not just to inform, but to inspire. Whether I’m behind the camera, crafting a message, or brainstorming a new idea, I aim to bring authenticity, creativity, and purpose to everything I do.
